How It Works/Our Process (For Custom Design)

We make custom woven, satin, care, and compliance labels for apparel brands and manufacturers across the U.S.
Here’s how our process works from inquiry to delivery.


1. Initial Inquiry & Requirements Review

You reach out with:

  • Label type (woven, satin, care, Prop 65, etc.)
  • Artwork or reference image
  • Approximate size
  • Quantity

If you’re unsure, that’s okay — we’ll help you determine the smallest, most cost-effective size that still meets your needs.

Typical MOQ: 1,000–5,000 pcs depending on label type
Large volume programs: 50,000–500,000+ pcs supported


2. Artwork, Setup & Sample Shipping

For production, labels must be set up in a format suitable for weaving or printing.

  • If you already have an Adobe Illustrator (.AI) file, we can use it directly.
  • If not, we provide professional artwork setup for production.

One-time artwork & production setup fee: up to $100 depending on the intricacy of your design. If your design is something we already have on file (such as Prop 65 compliance, general size label, etc) or if you provide the .AI file, this fee will be waived.

This covers:

  • File recreation and optimization for weaving or printing
  • Production-ready formatting
  • Loom or print setup requirements

👉 This fee is waived if a .AI file is provided.


3. Sampling (Recommended)

Before mass production, we strongly recommend creating a physical sample.

This allows you to:

  • Review size, clarity, and material
  • Confirm durability and finish
  • Avoid costly revisions later

Sample timeline:

  • 5-12 business days (depending on label type and location)

Sample Shipping

Once the sample is produced, we ship it directly to your doorstep.

Sample shipping & handling: up to $35 flat (Depends on your location and the requested sample but we try to keep this as low cost as possible).

This covers:

  • International or domestic courier service (as applicable)
  • Door-to-door delivery
  • Packaging and handling

We always confirm shipping details before sending, and no samples are shipped without approval.


4. Production

Once the sample is approved, we move into full production.

Typical production lead times:

  • Labels: 5–12 business days
  • Hang tags: ~10 business days

We support:

  • Individually cut labels
  • Roll supply (often more cost-effective)
  • Consistent quality for repeat programs

Production is available through U.S. and Korea-based facilities, allowing flexibility on pricing and capacity.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally.

Options include:

  • U.S. domestic shipping
  • FOB / EXW (for bulk buyers)
  • International courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS)

Shipping method is always confirmed in advance.
